Let's get you started!

Take your first class

Your first class is free! We host free beginner classes on Saturday mornings at 07:00am. In this class you will typically complete a warm up, mobility work, a WOD (workout of the day) and some cool down stretching. During the class we explain the fundamentals of CrossFit and answer any questions that you might have.

Join CrossFit On-Ramp

Sign up for our CrossFit On-Ramp course. The programme is really beneficial to everyone new to CrossFit and is a great way to build up to the normal classes. It consists of 4 x 1 hour long classes that are designed to develop skills, educate and prepare you for our CrossFit programme. These sessions typically consist of a warm up, mobility work, technical training of various skills and a short WOD.

Graduate & Move Up!

It is important that you attend each of the CrosFit On-Ramp sessions as the movements build upon one another. You will need to attend all 4 classes to graduate from the programme.
