OVERVIEW

Most fitness regimes lead to an overconcentration in one area and hence an under-development in another. The long-distance runner and the bodybuilder are two good examples of the opposite extremes of this standard approach to exercise. CrossFit focuses on a balance to fitness. A CrossFitter should look to excel in all areas of fitness to become the best all round athlete they can be. CrossFit is a fitness program for everyone regardless of age or ability. We treat every one of our members as an athlete, and seek to challenge that athlete with a constantly changing program featuring a wide range of functional movements performed at high intensity through a variety of modalities.
